Archbishop Elias John Kombo, Vision Evangelistic Ministries, International
It is with great delight that we welcome Archbishop-Elect Elias John Kombo and his ministry Vision Evangelistic Ministries International. +Elias has been a bishop of VEM since 1986 and has ministered in Kenya and other African Countries and Europe. He has 30 churches in seven Provinces in Kenya. He is loved and respected by those he ministers to nearby and overseas. The recommendation from his senior clergy states: “I the Rev. Maureen Shali, the Mission Coordinator of Vision Evangelistic Ministries, do hereby recommend my Teacher, Mentor, and Spiritual Advisor, His grace the Right Rev. Elias John Kombo, to be ordained Archbishop of Vision Evangelistic Ministries, which is International.
His grace, Bishop Elias John Kombo, has been involved personally in apostolic work within and without, locally reaching Nairob: Coast, Central, Eastern, Rift Valley, Western and Nyanza provinces with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In each of these provinces we have senior Overseers who are qualified to be bishops. He has installed VEM European Mission coordinator, Rev. Henry Uhuru Kidiavai stationed in Norway. He has ministered in Uganda, Tanzania, Norway, Singapore, Amsterdam, India, South Korea and U.S.A.
Based on the foregoing, time is more than ripe for this great honor to be bestowed on him on behalf of the ministry he founded in 1986 with Rev. Pauline Sau Kombo his wife. It is with this great respect in mind, that I and my colleagues give the recommendations to All Nations Anglican Church to ordain him.”
