We greet you in the name of the Father, The Word, and The Holy Spirit

We are a husband and wife team who love the Lord and have come to realize that God has brought us together in marriage to embark upon a mission for Him.  God is yielding us as instruments to teach His word and to help lead the lost to Him.   We desire your prayers as we seek to receive God's inspirations, to diligently study His Word and to obey His directions for our lives. We most humbly submit to the task set before us to win souls for Christ.  We hope to share with you God's good news, the Word of God. 

Living For Christ Ministres was founded by Rev. Katie L. Dargan and chartered in 1996 as a ministry working in conjunction with Community Service Outreach Youth Programs.  Project H.O.P.E. (Help Our People to Excel, Inc.)  and later Glen-Ed Community Hope, Inc. were also founded by the gifted Rev. Katie L. Dargan.   In 2003 the Ministry was re-chartered under its present name Living For Christ Ministries, Inc.  With Bishop Dargan as its President and spiritual leader the main objective is simple and plain, to win souls for Christ and not just win members to the Church.  Living For Christ is a Church without walls.   Bishop Dargan and Rev. Katie are known for their diligence in serving wherever God may lead.  Denominations are not a barrier and if there is a "Macedonian Call", they will go where no man dares to go. 

Our specific points that we endeavor to convey are:

1.The Word Of God is Spirit and Life  (John 6:63) 
Our only way back to God is through His Son Christ Jesus  (Timothy 2:5)
Being astute in the Bible is not enough. We must apply God's Word in our every day walk, that we may be a living testimony.  (James 1:22)
The nature of our mission is simple, but yet profound, and our endeavor is to save souls. 
We are concerned about mankind as a whole, but especially the youth and those who have not made Jesus their Lord and Savior.
What we do is simple, We Teach and Preach the Word of God as we are directed by God's Holy Spirit. 

2.  The nature of Our Mission is Saving Souls.
For those who are seeking to learn about God, Jesus Christ and Salvation, we will acquaint you with all three.

3.  We are an all nations Church (Acts 10:35) But in every nation he that feareth Him (God), and worketh righteousness, is accepted by Him.

We are dedicated to:

Preaching and Teaching the unadulterated Word Of God, winning souls for Christ. Teaching that Sanctification is a way of life, and not the name of a Church. Embracing all races, for God is no respecter of persons. Teaching the use of talents and abilities to glorify God. Promoting cheeful giving of scriptural tithes and offering to support the needs of the Church. Growing together as a family in Christ through brotherly and sisterly love.

Vision Statement
"Living For Christ" is not just the name of our Church
But, "Living For Christ" is our manner of living.
"Living for Christ" is our way of life,
And, "Living For Christ is our lifestyle.
James 1:22  Be ye doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
Motto
Come in as you are, but don't stay as you are.  If you have a mind to change and a desire to change, you will change, as you apply the teachings of Christ.  For it is our only way back to God.

Living For Christ is a church without walls, meaning that people do not always come to the church building, so therefore, we must take the church service to the people's homes.  This was customarily done in biblical times.
